Subject: perf(ecs): use hashbrown's HashMap & HashSet

Hashbrown's HashMap & HashSet is faster than std's. I
guess this is because std (which uses hashbrown) does
not enable hashbrown's default-hasher flag and instead
uses a slower hasher.
